Sean Bell Trial? Fair? Or BS??

What are yout thoughts on the verdict in the Sean Bell Trial? Fair? Or BS??

NEW YORK (CNN) -- A judge acquitted three New York Police Department detectives of all charges Friday morning in the shooting death of an unarmed man in a 50-bullet barrage, hours before he was to be married.

Bell, 23, was killed just before dawn on his wedding day, November 25, 2006. He and several friends were winding up an all-night bachelor party at the Kalua Club in Queens, a strip club that was under investigation by a NYPD undercover unit looking into complaints of guns, drugs and prostitution. Undercover detectives were inside the club, and plain-clothes officers were stationed outside.

Witnesses said that about 4 a.m., closing time, as Bell and his friends left the club, an argument broke out. Believing that one of Bell’s friends, Joseph Guzman, was going to get a gun from Bell’s car, one of the undercover detectives followed the men and called for backup. A total of 50 bullets were fired by five NYPD officers.
No gun was found near Bell or his friends.

50 shots with no return fire hhhmmm the law for cops is "shoot first, ask questions later". Any paranoid has just cause now (as long as he wears a badge).

I think maybe there should have some kind of consequence for their actions, but this is not a race issue. Black people need to stop grouping people! Every situation is not a race related issue.
plus W.O.W Radio - thats not exactly how it went down. Your leaveing a lot of info out, to make it sound the way you want it to sound.

I dont know why white people say its not a race thing. When is the last time you herd of a white dude getting shot for nothing, That white cop shot that black baby finger off and killed the mother for no reason at all. and the crazy thing is that the 2nd time he shot a black person like that for no reason, The lady had a baby in her hand for god sakes! Black people know what white people think of us in there head no matter how far we have came. Sean bell was a unarmed man that got shot 51 TIMES, no return fire and thats ok. this is why America will never move ahead.

No, I don't think it was fair at all. My heart goes out to the Bell family as well. In my opinion, racial profiling will never end, no matter how far we've come. Why 50 shots? Why any shots at all? This man was having fun the night before his wedding. It's really sad that these cops got a slap on the wrist. Yes, I see it as a race issue! If these had been black cops and a white man was shot 50 times, do you think they would've been found "Not Guilty"? Nope, I don't think so. They would've been sent under the jail!
